When will my order ship?
Every item is printed on demand just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds a few more depending on your location. You'll get tracking info by email as soon as it's on its way.

Is this official merchandise?
StarlitMerch designs are 100% original fan art, independently created and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any game publisher. All designs are fanmade.

How do sizes work?
Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. Since every piece is made to order, we always recommend double-checking your measurements against the chart before ordering.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over 75€/$75 ship free automatically at checkout.

What are "Drops" and limited pieces like "One of 500"?
We release new designs in limited banners. Some pieces are capped at a fixed number of units — once they're gone, they're gone for good (or return only in a future re-release).
